Rwanda Construction Industry, most of the awarded projects are improperly conceived, under budgeted, not consistence with the design and specifications, which resulting into claims and disputes. Therefore, in FIDIC Contracts there will be Claims. The FIDIC training Modules aims to address this challenge by providing a practical guide on the use and management of contract including claims and Dispute Resolution using FIDIC module of Contract and Multi-lateral Development Banks Harmonized Conditions of Contract.
