Job Brief Overview
Astrik is looking for a high caliber Customer Care Officer who will be responsible for customer’s management in the front desk of the Astrik reception. The Customer care will also be play significant role of rending customer/stakeholder’s inquires about company services, products via phone, email, mails, and physical visit of the Astrik premises. Customer Care office will work in close collaboration with all departments in understanding the on-going activities which need to be communicated to the stakeholders and suppliers. The Customer care will reporting directly to the Director of Business Management (DBM).
Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Customer management in the front desk of the Astrik reception
- Make proper logbook records of the incoming mails and distribute the document to the concerned Astrik Staff
- Prepare computer register of all incoming and outgoing hard documents and share an excel with Company Executive administrator daily
- Responsible in responding to customers questions about a company’s products or services via phone, email,
- Shows warm welcoming to the customers who visit Astrik reception (with smiling face while standing) and ascertain problem or reason for help
- Receive and guide all visitors wanted to meet with the Astrik Employees
- Monitor that no access is allow inside the building beyond the reception room unless permission is given by the Company administrator
- Delivering incoming inquires or information to the responsible ASTRIK Staff
- Responsible for proactively requesting customers for service feedback
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Work Closely with the other staff in creaking conducive ecosystem within the company
- Responsible to ensure cleanness and safety of all ASTRIK Offices, Training Center, Wash rooms, external compound, parking and disposal of collected garbage by the Astrik Cleaner
- Ensure asset are properly maintained and cleaned by the Office Cleaner and Maintenance technician are called timely to ensure any repairs is attended urgently when reported by the Cleaner
- Serve water and coffee/tea to the visitors who attend ASTRIK meetings
Required Skills/Abilities
- Customer Care Management
- Excellent communication skills (English, and knowledge of French is added advantage)
- Self-motivated, initiative and creativity
- Human resource management skill and Ability to plan, multi-task
- Computer and database skills
- Proven experience in Customer Care and managerial skill (Logistics, Operation, etc) Education and Experience
- Degree in Art, Language, Law, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality
- At least 5 years of experience as Customer care, Hospitality, Administration,
